Terms of service.

By booking A Saxual Experience for your event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment Terms
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking and date for your event. This deposit is non-refundable, except under the specified conditions in Section 3 (Exceptions to Non-Refundable Deposit).
Full Payment: Full payment can be made at any time before the day of the event, up to the time of setup. If the full payment is not received before the setup time, A Saxual Experience reserves the right to not set up until the full payment is made. If full payment is not made, we also reserve the right to leave the event 15 minutes after it has started, with no refund of the deposit.

2. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit: All deposits paid to A Saxual Experience are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

Inclement Weather: If severe weather (e.g., storms, flooding) makes the performance unsafe or impossible to conduct, the deposit may be refunded, or the event may be rescheduled at the discretion of A Saxual Experience.
Proven Death in the Family: In the event of the death of the Client or an immediate family member (spouse, parent, child, or sibling), the deposit may be refunded upon presentation of appropriate proof (e.g., a death certificate).
Proven Personal Tragedy or Illness: If the Client experiences a serious personal tragedy or illness that prevents the event from taking place, a refund may be issued upon verification (e.g., medical certificate or other supporting documentation).
In all other circumstances, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Exceptions to Non-Refundable Deposit
The deposit is non-refundable except as outlined in Section 2. This includes situations such as inclement weather, death in the family, and serious illness or personal tragedy affecting the client, which may be verified with proper documentation.

4. Liability
A Saxual Experience is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless A Saxual Experience from any claims arising from the event.

5. Insurance
A Saxual Experience carries public liability insurance for all events. It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that the event venue has appropriate insurance coverage for the event.

6. Event Access
The Client must provide access to the venue for setup at least 90 minutes prior to the performance start time. Failure to provide adequate access may delay or prevent setup.

7. Post-Event Equipment Breakdown
The service provider reserves the right to pack up equipment quietly and respectfully after the performance, should the event conclude or if the services are no longer needed.

8. Safety and Conduct
The Client agrees to provide a safe environment for A Saxual Experience and its equipment. If the environment is deemed unsafe (e.g., extreme weather, electrical hazards), the performance will be halted. A Saxual Experience has the discretion to refuse performance if the venue is deemed unsafe.

9. Venue Restrictions
A Saxual Experience reserves the right to not perform at certain venues, including, but not limited to, schools, daycares, parks, or recreation centers. If the venue changes to one of these locations after booking, the Client must inform A Saxual Experience. If the change is deemed unacceptable by the Service Provider, the deposit may be refunded.

10. Workers
Depending on the service chosen A Saxual Experience may have up to 10 musicians and/or employees working with/for us the day of your event.

11. Meal Provision for Musicians/Employees
A Saxual Experience kindly requests that a complimentary meal be provided for the musicians and/or employees performing at the event, if such provisions are available. While this is not a mandatory requirement, it is strongly recommended that the musicians are offered a meal in accordance with the catering services provided at the event.

Providing a meal ensures that the performers can remain energized and focused, enhancing the overall quality of the performance. If a meal cannot be provided due to logistical reasons, please inform us in advance, and we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this aspect of the event as smooth as possible.

Agreement Acceptance
By paying the 50% deposit and checking the box below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the Terms and Conditions outlined above, including the non-refundable deposit and the refund policy outlined in Section 2. This action constitutes your formal acceptance of these terms and initiates your booking with A Saxual Experience.

Meal Provision for Musicians/Employees
A Saxual Experience kindly requests that a complimentary meal be provided for the musicians and/or employees performing at the event, if such provisions are available. While this is not a mandatory requirement, it is strongly recommended that the musicians are offered a meal in accordance with the catering services provided at the event.

Providing a meal ensures that the performers can remain energized and focused, enhancing the overall quality of the performance. If a meal cannot be provided due to logistical reasons, please inform us in advance, and we will be happy to discuss alternative arrangements. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making this aspect of the event as smooth as possible.
